Our Story...
Sovereign Homes was started in 2001 after David Steed built his personal home. He decided that every home, whether a custom built home or a "spec" should be built with the same integrity that he put into his personal home. That's the way every Sovereign Homes is built, as though the builder was going to live in it himself.
With many building companies you never see the owner of the company. With Sovereign Homes, whether a home is built by a superintendant or David Steed, the owner of the company is constantly involved and always accessible to listen.
